520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship between the operating processes and management and support services as practices of process management of public junior high schools in the Division of Antique.
Research data was gathered during the second semester of 2015-2016from all 54 secondary school heads using the American Productivity Quality Center Process Classification Framework for Education version 3.10E.
Frequency, mean and standard deviation were employed as descriptive statistical tools and Kruskal Wallis H Test, Mann Whitney U Test and Spearman Rho as inferential statistics set at 0.05 alpha level. All computations were processed through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS)Software, version 21.0.
The findings of the study were that schools often practiced operating processes of defining school vision and strategy and designing curriculum, assessment and instruction and seldom practiced in terms of designing and delivering student support services, designing and managing operations, and managing student and stakeholder relationship and engagement. In the areas of management and support services, developing and managing human capital, acquiring, constructing, and managing facilities, and developing and managing school capabilities were often practiced while managing information technology, managing financial resources, managing enterprise risk, compliance, and continuity of operations (resiliency), and managing external relationships were seldom practiced. Finally, significant relationship was found between operating processes and management and support services practices of the junior high schools.
Furthermore, operating processes and management and support services were significantly related, that means, the more frequent the operating processes are practiced, the more practices of management and support services are conducted.
It is recommended that key officials in the Division of Antique may design a training program to enhance the school heads knowledge and skills in order to improve their performance of the various operating and management and support services processes particularly in areas where they need technical assistance.
