Summary, etc. Abstract<br/><br/>This study aimed to determine the relationship between workload and work fulfillment of designated school heads in the Division of Antique for School Year 2020-2021. This was conducted from March 2021- April 2021 to 120 designated school heads in the Division of Antique for SY 2020-2021 among clusters of districts in Central Antique, Northern Antique, and Southern Antique.<br/><br/>School support was gathered using a researcher-made questionnaire. Statistical tools utilized in the study were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test for Independent Samples, One-way ANOVA, Pearson's r. All inferential data were analyzed using the Statistical Packages for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software, version 22.0.<br/><br/>The results of the study revealed that the workload of designated school heads was average and they were able to fulfill their responsibilities in the different key areas of their work according to the required number of hours. They are motivated and have a sense of satisfaction with the discharge of their functions.<br/><br/>There was no significant difference in the workload of designated school heads in terms of their instructional tasks, administrative tasks, and supervisory tasks when they were classified as to age, sex, civil status, and school size but there was a significant difference in terms of school location and class structure.<br/><br/>Their work fulfillment was not associated with each of the dimensions of workload in terms of instructional, administrative, and supervisory tasks, thus, one is independent of the other.<br/><br/>This study can serve as a benchmark for the Division of Antique in the formulation of policies relative to the giving of workloads among designated school heads and in seeking additional principal items. Through this, designated school heads and teachers will be more aware of their rights and privileges as employees. This can also be a basis for future researchers to conduct similar studies to affirm the findings and employ other variables which may affect work fulfillment.
