The respondents of the study were the school heads and teachers of Calag-itan Central School and Bugo Central School in the districts of San Remigio. This study was conducted from May to June 2023. The respondents were the two school heads and 28 teachers of Calag-itan Central School and Bugo Central School in the District of San Remigio. Data were gathered with the use of a researcher-made questionnaire and interview. The statistical tools used were frequency, percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation as descriptive statistics. Results of the study revealed that the extent of technology integration on school management initiated by school principals and the extent of technology integration on learning initiated by teachers in the two districts of San Remigio are very high. The extent of technology integration was very high considering the benefits derived by the school heads, teachers, and students in the integration of technology in the classroom. The study concluded that school heads and teachers prioritize the use of technology in education and are committed to integrating it into learning despite some challenges encountered. It is recommended that the government, especially the Department of Education, must create a clear vision and set goals to clearly define the purpose and objectives of the technology integration program.
