<br/><br/> Abstract<br/><br/>This descriptive-correlational survey research examined the entrepreneurial competence and attitude of Grade 10 Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) learners in selected public secondary schools within the Schools Division of Antique. Data were collected using evaluation tools designed to assess learners' entrepreneurial competence and attitude. The statistical tools employed included frequency percentage, mean, and standard deviation for descriptive analysis, and t- test for Independent Samples, ANOVA, LSD, and Pearson's r for inferential analysis. A significance level of 0.05 was set for all inferential data.<br/><br/>The study found that, in terms of ideas, personal resources knowledge, and action-taking, the respondents exhibited ""high entrepreneurial competence as a group and across the secondary variables considered. In terms of entrepreneurial attitude, the respondents showed a "positive" attitude toward achievement, autonomy, creative tendency, and risk-taking, both as a group and according to the independent variables. Significant differences were found in entrepreneurial competence among TLE learners based on specialization ideas) and family size (ideas, knowledge, and action-taking). However, no significant differences were found in learners' entrepreneurial competence across all dimensions concerning sex and family income. Significant differences were observed in learners' entrepreneurial attitude based on family size in terms of achievement and creative tendency. No significant differences were found in entrepreneurial attitude across all dimensions concerning sex, specialization, and family income. A positive significant relationship was found between all dimensions of learners entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial attitude. It was concluded that the entrepreneurial competence of TLE learners, as related to the identified dimensions, is influenced by their behavior regarding entrepreneurial achievement indicators.<br/><br/>Keywords: entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial attitude, technology-vocational education, business literacy program
