Using a descriptive-comparative-correlational-predictive design, the results indicated their levels of high self-esteem, moderate self-efficacy, and moderate psychological well-being across all dimensions. No significant difference was found as to sex, while self-efticacy differed significantly by grade level. Correlation analysis revealed significant positive relationships - ranging from low to moderate. Multiple regression analysis showed that self-esteem significantly predicted environmental mastery, persona growth, and self-acceptance; while self-efficacy significantly predicted autonomy, positive relations, purpose in life, and self-acceptance. These findings highlight the importance of fostering self-worth and task-related confidence to enhance psychological well-being providing valuable insights for educational professionals and supporting the development of targeted psychosocial interventions and support programs for students in need.
