520			_aAbstract This descriptive-comparative-correlational study assessed the relationship between school heads' emotional support and teachers work motivation in public elementary schools in a school district in the Schools Division of Antique for SY 2025-2026. Data for this research were gathered using researcher-developed, expert-validated, and reliability-tested instruments. Frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used for descriptive analysis, while the Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis H test, and Spearman's rho correlation were used as inferential statistical tools, with a significance level set at 0.05 alpha. Findings revealed that school heads' emotional support in terms of personal and professional expression, listening and understanding, encouragement, and creating a positive school climate, as a whole and when classified according to sex, age, position, highest educational attainment, and school heads' position, was ""very high."" Teachers' work motivation in terms of compensation, performance appraisal, recognition, work environment, and commitment as to variables considered was ""very high"" as well. Significant differences existed in school heads emotional support in terms of creating a positive school climate as to age. No significant differences existed in this construct in terms of the other dimensions as to the profile variables considered. Significant differences existed in teachers' work motivation in terms of recognition as to position and in terms of commitment to the profession as to school heads' position. No significant differences existed in teachers' work motivation in terms of the identified dimensions as to sex, age, and highest educational attainment. A significant relationship was found between school heads' emotional support and teachers work motivation. The study concluded that school heads in public elementary schools provided significant emotional support for teachers as they believed such was important in helping them cope with the demands of the teaching profession Program ""MOVIES,"" focusing on school-based intervention toward improving emotional support and teachers' work motivation, particularly in creating a positive school climate, was proffered.
