Specifically to determine the levels and relationship of motivations and job satisfaction when grouped according to marital status, annual income, and years of fishing experience. Using a quantitative comparative research design, data were gathered from registered fisherfolk from the association through standardized questionnaires. Results revealed a moderate positive correlation between motivations and job satisfaction, indicating that the relationship between the two variables is statistically significant. Findings further showed that fisherfolk demonstrate very high levels of motivation both as a whole and when grouped according to the identified demographic variables. Likewise, job satisfaction, taken as a whole and across all groups, was found to be high. Moreover, the study revealed no significant differences in motivations and job satisfaction when classified according to marital status, annual income, and years of fishing experience. These findings emphasize the stable nature of fisherfolk's work attitudes, providing valuable insight for future initiatives aimed at enhancing their economic and social conditions.
