520			_aAbstract Cooperatives are vital in advancing socio-economic development, yet sustaining member engagement remains a challenge. This study assessed the knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) of DAO Multi-Purpose Cooperative (MPC) members in Tobias Fornier, Antique on cooperative principles. Using a quantitative correlational design, data were gathered from 250 members selected through convenience sampling via a validated Likert-scale questionnaire, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis H, and Spearman's rho at 0.05 significance level. Results showed that respondents, mostly female, middle-aged, college-educated, and low-income, exhibited high levels of KAP. Significant differences in KAP were found across certain demographic variables, with strong positive correlations among knowledge, attitudes, and practices. These findings indicate that while members possess strong awareness and positive attitudes that support active participation, demographic disparities call for targeted training and engagement programs to sustain cooperative growth and inclusivity.
