| 520 | _aAbstract This descriptive study aimed at determining the resilience quotient (RO) amond maritime cadets of the University of Antique for the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025. Data were gathered using the questionnaire-checklist adopted from the study of Russel & Russel (2009). The statistical tools were mean, frequency, and percentage for descriptive analysis; the Mann-Whitney U test for independent samples for inferential analysis. The alpha level was set at .05. The study found out that, generally, cadets are somewhat resilient in the overall RQ and as to the eight different dimensions and when grouped according to sex. No significant difference existed between the sex of the maritime cadets in the overall RQ and the RQ as to eight different dimensions. Keywords: Resilience Quotient. Maritime Cadets | ||
