This descriptive-correlational study explored the work-related factors and opportunities of teacher leaders and how these relate to their school performance. The study was conducted in January 2023 involving all elementary school teacher leaders in the school districts of San Remegio I and II, Sibalom North and South, Hamtic North and South, Tobias Fornier, and Anini-y. Results revealed that there were more female teacher leaders, majority of them were married, have been teaching in upper-grade levels handling a monograde class, and have served for a long period of time. The teacher leaders' work-related factors both as a whole and according to profile variables were working conditions and salary. Their opportunities included rewards and promotion, personal and professional growth, and social and leadership development. As to school performance, teacher leaders either have a very satisfactory or outstanding performance. Furthermore, it was found out that there was a significant difference on the school performance of teacher leaders when they were grouped according to civil status. Moreover, it was also revealed that there was a significant relationship between opportunities and school performance. The work-related factors did not influence the school performance of teacher leaders while opportunities did. Two policies were crafted and recommended to address the gaps on the work-related factors of teacher leaders.| Item type | Current location | Home library | Collection | Call number | Status | Date due | Barcode | Item holds |
